| Facilities AT LTC |

| London Thames College (LTC) is proud of the facilities it provides for all its students. These include Library, computer laboratory, Dental laboratory, student study area and pastoral services, further, we also provide our students with online learning resource to enhance the learning experience at the college. All these are free to students. |

| Our library is equipped with a range of up to date resources including textbooks, journals, and audio-visual materials. Most of our books are available to student on short term loan. Student can use the library during any of our opening hours. You will need to bring with you your college ID card to borrow books from the library. We also subscribe to e-library facilities to aid our postgraduate students in their research work. If you do have a problem, speak to our librarian, who will happily assist you to find what you are looking for. Our library covers all of the disciplines offered at the college; books includes , business and accounting, health and social care, hotel management , dentistry , computer studies etc |

| The popularity and huge demand of our dental courses can now benefit from a modern dental lab equipped with all the necessary apparatus required for practical learning, this make s learning much more practical and interactive at LTC. |

| Study Area |

| We do understand that it's hard to find a nice convenient, comfortable and quiet area to study around town, especially during exam time, as most libraries around are full or noise. There are designated rooms available for students to have a quiet reading time; these rooms are opened between 08am to 8pm regularly. |

| Pastoral Services |
|
| Studying away from home can bring great nostalgia but with our great and caring team we understand what student life is. We jump at the opportunity to assist them in whatever possible way and we believe that a happy student makes a happy class full of enthusiasm to learn. |

| Accommodation |
|
| Student can choose to live with friends and family or rent a house or share a room with a friend depending on their financial resources. |
- Lodgings – a room in a private home where you share facilities with the family. Meals may be provided or you may have use of the kitchen.
- A Bed-sit – a single room in which you live and sleep, usually with limited cooking facilities. Bathroom facilities are usually shared.
- A Studio Flat – a single room with self-contained kitchen and bathroom.

Note - Bed sits and studio flats can be lonely places. |
One of the cheapest (and most sociable) ways of living is with friends. Rent, bills and cleaning can all be shared. LTC helps students find suitable accommodation, if needed. |
